TERMS AND CONDITIONS
P JONES AGENCY LLC
INSURANCE LICENSING COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing any coaching service, assessment, or package from P Jones Agency LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Educational Services
P Jones Agency LLC provides tutoring, coaching, mentoring, and educational support for insurance licensing candidates. Coaching services are intended to supplement, not replace, independent study and exam preparation.
2. No Guarantee of Exam Passage
Participation in coaching services does not guarantee a passing score on any state licensing examination. Exam success depends on each student's preparation, effort, and testing performance.
3. Third-Party Products
Students may purchase exam preparation products from third-party providers, including WebCE. Such products are purchased separately and are subject to the vendor's terms, pricing, and refund policies.
4. Session Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be considered completed and forfeited.
5. Package Validity
Services must be used within the following periods from the date of purchase:
• Exam Readiness Assessment – 30 Days
• Single Coaching Session – 30 Days
• Success Coaching Package (4 Sessions) – 90 Days
• Premium Pass Coaching Package (8 Sessions) – 120 Days Unused sessions expire after the validity period and are forfeited unless otherwise approved in writing by P Jones Agency LLC.
6. Communication Policy
Questions may be submitted to questions@pjonesagencyllc.com.
Routine inquiries generally receive a response within one (1) business day. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, peak enrollment periods, or emergencies. Coaching packages do not include unlimited email, text, or telephone support unless specifically stated. Premium Pass clients may receive priority email support for brief coaching-related questions between scheduled sessions.
7. Refund and Credit Policy
All coaching services, assessments, and coaching packages are considered final sales.
Services already rendered, including assessments, study plans, written recommendations, coaching sessions, and instructional materials, are non-refundable.
Refund requests submitted before services begin may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in a refund, partial refund, or account credit at the sole discretion of P Jones Agency LLC.
Any approved account credit:
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• Must be used within twelve (12) months
• May only be applied toward future coaching services
8. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
• Scheduling sessions
• Completing assigned coursework
• Maintaining access to study materials
• Registering for state examinations
• Attending scheduled appointments
9. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, study guides, presentations, and proprietary content remain the property of P Jones Agency LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
10.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact P Jones Agency LLC regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
P Jones Agency LLC reserves the right to provide appointment records, attendance records, communications, signed agreements, and other supporting documentation to financial institutions in response to a payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for services already rendered may result in immediate termination of coaching services and cancellation of future appointments to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
P Jones Agency LLC shall not be responsible for examination fees, testing center policies, state licensing decisions, examination outcomes, or any indirect damages related to participation in coaching services.
12.Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing coaching services, scheduling an appointment, or participating in a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
